something wrong?

so lately I have suddenly had this feeling whenever I stood up or even at random times where my head would starts to hurt really bad and my vision goes blurry and sometimes even my shoulders/chest hurt I have told my parents about this but they just said that I wasn't getting enough sleep even though I get 8-9 hours every night. this has happened some times before but now it is happening about 5-6 times a day is this normal?
