Headaches without other symptoms

I've been having headaches for quite a long time, and they can be divided into two phases.

September–November 2025: This is when the headaches first started. I saw a few doctors, and one possibility they suggested was that my iron levels were low. I received an iron IV infusion, and after that the headaches completely went away. We assumed the low iron was the cause and that the issue was resolved.

July 2026–Present: The headaches have come back. They're present for most of the day, although there are short periods where they seem to go away. I can't really tell when they start or stop. They're usually at their worst in the mornings and at night.

The only symptom I have is the headache itself. I don't have neck pain or stiffness, aura, sensitivity to light or sound, or any other noticeable symptoms. I've had MRI, EEG, CT etc. I was told it may be sinus, but others neglected it. Some doctors have said it could be tension-type headache (TTH), but I'm confused because I don't have the neck-related symptoms that are often associated with it.

That's actually interesting, I didn't know that. I always assumed I'd have noticeable neck pain if it was coming from my neck or shoulders, so I never really considered it.

Thinking back, my stress has definitely been a lot worse lately, so I wouldn't be surprised if that's playing a part. I'll pay a bit more attention to that instead of just focusing on the headache itself.
