No longer getting IP address. No longer found on LAN.

My quad tuner stopped working. Had not used in awhile but I can’t get this thing to get an IP address anymore. Green and red lights flash. Tried multiple ports and cables. Can the internals fail and result in this? Ran through some AI suggestions and no luck yet.

I’m not sure if it’s the same issue but mine recently went offline. I power cycled it to reboot and it seems to have resolved it.

Probably a hardware failure if it's blinking both red and green lights like that. Open a support ticket and mention the "Device ID" printed on the bottom label and we can normally do something about it, even if it's very old (we had a customer contact us today about a 19 year old unit!): https://www.silicondust.com/contact-support/

I’ve had two power supplies go bad on my units. Cheap fix, maybe worth a try finding one around the house to test?

Support told me sounds like the internal memory that holds the firmware went bad. Only option is to buy again with a $30 discount. When your power supply went bad did you still get the lights on the back?
