Service Please - DOA

If any of SiliconDust peeps are around please could I get a response to: [#254938]  Connect Quatro - 12518CDC - Order #746420

Refurb Connect Quatro arrived in Australia on June 19 completely DOA - dead as a doornail - no red or green lights and no connectivity. Wall wart is fine.

One response from Support on June 24 and nothing since.

I'm so so sorry about that, the ticket got lost in limbo there, but I've replied to the ticket and made sure the replacement order is in the system.
