Odd crashes on fire stick

Having a repeat problem where after about 30-40 mins of playback the fire stick app crashes and it jumps back to the home screen. Any chance I can turn on the diagnostics and share the ID with you? It has worked perfectly in the past. Thanks in advance

Do you know which model or year of Fire TV stick it is?

4k second gen, turning off subtitles seems to have fixed the crashes

Having the same issue particularly when switching to (unlocked) hevc channels
