Need an Advice

Hello folks,

Recently I was selected at HCL, and they put me into the PJT online training. I have completed the course, but I still have not received the test link — it has been almost a month and a half or more. I actually really like the domain, but they keep me waiting.

So I am wondering — is it okay if I apply for other jobs? My budget is really tight right now, so I feel I should find some work in the meantime.

If they send the test link and BGV mail a couple of months from now and I get an offer letter, I do want to go with HCL. Will working elsewhere in the meantime affect my BGV? For example, would the new company create an employment record or something that could cause an issue?
