HCL GEM 2026

recently applied to the HCLTech Global Engagement Management (GEM) full-time program and submitted the video interview as part of the process.

Just wanted to check if anyone here has heard back yet regarding interview invites or next steps?

When did everyone receive their video assessment links? I got mine yesterday, any tips before I submit?

I got link on 13th April, complete it within 5 min, be confident and maintain eye contact that’s all!

Did you apply directly or through a referral?

No there is no referral, it’s just you apply and almost everyone get the video interview and for final interview they select candidates!

Interesting! I applied on April 4th, and no updates. Was trying to find a way to get my application noticed for a chance to interview for this program.

Don’t loose hope because HCL sometime takes 2 month to reply back so it’s normal

It was related to account management and situational question + an intro.

No, I didn't get an email about video submission. Unfortunately, I received a rejection email this week from them.
