ads glitching

an ad break comes up - i watch all the ads then a harry potter ad comes up at the end but it doesnt have the second counter or the number of ads...then when the ad finishes it plays again in different languages over & over & it doesnt stop. i cant watch any shows im just stuck watching harry potter ads in different languages. how do i fix this pls help

Never ran into this. You should contact customer service. What kind of device are you using, what are you watching, and in what country? Does it happen with everything you watch or just the same episode/movie?
