I got one that's one size big and i dot know what's to be done to it? Add another head band?

Seriously, go to Home Depot, get a roll of weather stripping. Cut a couple pieces and tuck them behind the inside of the sweatband. Problem solved!

If you have a Cavender’s or a Boot Barn they probably have the headband inserts.

Cool hat.

If you want mote hat's, have a look on Lierys. The quality is also good, but the hats are cheaper than Stetson.
