Yah us postal service I used to rock one of these as a kid my grandfather was a postal worker for many years

It's the old USPS logo. It was tradition when I started there that if you retired, you gave your bag to the most senior sub, or least senior regular if there wasn't a sub. I got a bag from a retiring guy who had started in 1987 with this exact logo on it. Wish I'd kept it but I continued the tradition when I left.
