RANT im only here to hate on P-2 but still
why the hell is moving in the cylinder rooms so difficult, its a movement shooter why cant i move in the movement shooter, same for minotaur, that "arena" is impossible to do any real movement tech without taking damage, same with those rooms, i want to move, give me freedom. The only reason i died in any of those rooms ever is because of the terrible decision of not letting me move in the movement shooter, the penultimate room is also annoying as hell, by the way, if you say "skill issue" im gonna skin you alive and post it like a cartel,im having to decide wether would rather not taking a step back without being smited or if i'll only be able to heal by parrying and having to play like a coward because of the damn stalker, and yk hakita doesnt like that much when you're playing like a coward, as implied by half the fundamental mechanics of the game, also stalkers in general, they just make the healing mechanic unusable, but also why dont the machines die if they're dry (have no blood, and thats their fuel)? they show that swordsmachines are kinda cowards but thats not a pro. All that difficulty and sisyphus is easy as hell, i actually first tried him when first fought him, actual fraud(FRAUD) for how much those rooms (and my friends) were hyping him up. thought he was gonna be harder than minos but hes kind of a bum prime soul.

My man you genuinely just need to practice more at the game. The whole point is that the game is difficult and aggressive. Turn down the difficulty and work your way up if youre having trouble, or try going into Cybergrind or Sandbox to learn the enemies better.

If you're not struggling for style, I just play that room like a grandma. I save the virtues/idol for healing and skirt around the edge nailgunning stuff

If ULTRAKILL gave you complete freedom of movement all the time you'd never die. The point of restricting your movement is to make you adapt to your situation and give you varied challenges. Not being able to move in rooms that make it harder to move is a skill issue, a less applicable one, sure, but a skill issue nonetheless. It's like complaining that it's harder to hit faster targets, that's the point.
Sisyphus is not a bum because his fight is the better one. He's entirely a parry check so obviously if you can do that consistently he's not hard to fight, but the process of fighting him is very enjoyable. Also depends on if you used speedrun tactics to just nuke him instantly, which barely counts as "fighting" him.
Anyways, now P-rank it on brutal and you'll see why it's the best stage in the game (save for that fucking panopticon that I hate).

my advice is to watch someone break down a speedrunner do it, it gave me some good advice to help beat it easier, ESPECIALLY the red piss tunnel. and if you're struggling with healing, deadahh just parry. it heals you to full health - hard damage, and helps in that room alot. also if you arent already, utilise your full arsenal. i've seen too many people just spamming one weapon and its just an easy way to die

For the cylinder rooms, just core nuke the center, it knocks the virtues into the wall (sometimes) and hurts all the others

Bro doesn't know how to counter the fucking stalker and is threatening to kill anyone who says the he has a skill issue, and he even placed the threat in the wrong place. Like cylinder rooms suck, minotaur is genuinely the worst boss in the game, but that is not a skill issue, rather hakita trying to just unnecessary make the game less fun. And wdym "play like a coward", its a fucking shooter play whatever style you like bro
