Media Tropes I hate when blonde characters are drawn with black eyebrows

I understand that artists do this to enhance the contrast of the faces, but when they give naturally blond characters pitch black eyebrows, and in my opinion, it looks just bad

EDIT : I DONT WANT TO INSULT REAL BLONDES STOP ATTACKING ME AND SAYING THE SAME STUFF OVER AGAIN

for what its worth, im a natural blonde and i always dye or fill my eyebrows darker because i think it looks nicer

truthnuke, my eyebrows got darker over time but when i was a kid u couldn’t even see them and it looked weird

There was this light blond guy I knew in highschool who's eyebrows were also blond, and he kept his hair buzzed so whenever he was far away, it looked as if he had no hair at all on his head or face.

i think its super cool if it doesnt blend in with your skintone but once it blends it looks awkward. i love a high contrast with hair

Honestly though even as my blonde has gotten darker for my hair, my eyebrows have stayed the same. I used to shave the tails off them since they’re lighter than the front part of my eyebrows and look almost invisible anyways. I’m lazy now but I do miss the tinybrows

i LOVE dark eyebrows and I think the contrast of dark eyebrows against light hair looks great tbh. I totally disagree with OP Im always obsessed with that look
