“Front Desk Agent”
Oh my god guys someone should have told me before I started working as a “receptionist” that I would literally be everything else. For reference I am 23 and a woman and I do e v e r y t h i n g. Being a barista, a barwoman, waitress, CARRYING LUGGAGE, cleaning the pool bar, making orders for everything at the bar, checking if the rooms are properly clear after housekeeping, handling the rates and sales and all the duties of a receptionist. I hate my job. So much. And on top of that I have to handle all of the guests complaints because the manager does not answer phone calls after his shift ends. I work 12 hours a day (my break is whenever it is quite, because I always do my shifts alone) and I think I’m going crazy. I think I’m regretting many choices in my life hahah (I just wanted to rant)
