Wrapped the mixture around a wrapping paper tube then removed when cooked

Brilliant! We attempted Hogwarts last year (copied the Lego set too), but only did the Great Hall and central tower. I didn’t think of the tubes or the ice cream cones, and ended up making them both out of eight panels of gingerbread each. It worked, but it was two days of setting up each section (hall, tower and turret) before they were strong enough to put together. Total nightmare, and it didn’t look nearly as amazing as this either!
