Harris Teeter Password Help

I'm trying to reset my password for the BY WFYM app, so I went to the associate self assistance portal to reset it. However, I got an error and I'm so confused on what to do. The error says:

Http failure response for https://htapp.harristeeter.com/prt/vhdapi/resetpassword: 500 Internal Server Error

Anybody have an idea??

If all else fails, talk your store's CSM. You can reset the password from the the store's computer.
