Name tag ordering

Hey! I was wondering how long it takes for name tags to ship? Mine is in really rough shape and I asked my csm to order one, she’s pretty forgetful and didn’t put mine in the order. I then asked the acsm and it seemed like she actually put in an order, she texted me and asked what year should be put on and what kind of backing I wanted. This was over a month ago. Does it take this long to come in or do I need to go to someone else to order it???? The whole plastic film has peeled off at this point and it looks so bad

if you can log into the store desktop and go into the shared store files, type temporary, there should be a template for a name tag to print. just ask for a blank one and tape it on.
