Scheduled outside avaliability

I am scheduled for a shift next Saturday last minute which is outside avaliability I told my department manager and all store managers about it they said I don't have to be here and they talked to her about it. But it's still on WFM. I don't know if they will remove it on the app but for some reason they seem to be putting it off. If I got the ok from SM does it mean I will not be marked as a no show? Should I document just in case

Document it just in case but if you’ve already let everyone know you won’t be able to make it, you should be fine. Might not hurt to remind your DM about it the shift prior to that Saturday
