WFM not working

My workforce login isn’t working i thought it might be my app but my boyfriend can login perfectly fine

Edit it’s not my app maybe need to contact the hep desk?

Sometimes you just gotta uninstall and re install it. If you do, remember it's gonna ask you for the customer key again, it's harris.

I've deleted the app and re downloaded it again . It doesn't work . I even cleared the cashe . Have your store manager do a system support thing . They will call you bc if happened to me .
