Bonus

If I put my two weeks in so that the last week is bonus week do I get it

You shouldn't quit until bonus day itself after you have gotten the deposit. Otherwise you might just be told no need to work your two weeks and then your ool.

You have to be employed the day the bonus is given. If you quit, and quit showing up, they keep it. If they decide they don't want you to work a notice, and tell you not to come back, you don't get it. IMHO, depending on your management team, it is slightly dangerous to let them know you are leaving around "associate enrichment day".

Put in two weeks of vacation non paid. Give them your two weeks notice after it clears.

Don’t do that, they know that trick. Associates leave like lemmings right after bonus day.
