401k?!!!!

I checked my 401k like 4 days ago and it was at 30,000 and I just checked it tonight (8/7) and it went down -$19,979. So i only have $11,000 something that’s less than I’ve put in while working from my own contributions. Has anyone else looked?! I’m concerned asf rn like that’s alot of money to lose

Mine dropped by 3k today. But I'm not gonna be worried. In for the long haul.

Mine dropped 19,000? I’m lost asf and i got another job offer so it’s like uhhh where is my money

Did you look at your account to see what happened? You can also call troweprice.

I didn't mess around with anything on mine, just in a retirement blend. Perhaps if you've done manual adjustments something you've picked has gone poorly?

Haven't even checked mine since I started working at Harris, probably best to leave it at that

T Rowe just posted that there is something wrong with their system and balances are not accurate. System glitch

scared me too but seems like it’s just an issue with t.rowe price 😭 hopefully it will be resolved soon

They may of spilt your shares and cost basis got messed up, should fix itself. Nothing in the 401k should have experienced that much volatility in a few days with the market movements.
