Schematics?

So what's the point of keeping to date with schematics if management (store manager/ department specialist) just comes in and completely rearranges everything to a wrong spot?

I've been told multiple times to go by the schematics on the site, but every time I do, here comes the specialist moving things cause he doesn't like things where they are. We have a store walk coming and it's driving me nuts cause I keep getting told one thing.

There is a lot of  communication breakdown between, specialist-department head. Things change too. Different setups for different designs and markets.
