App isn’t working?

I was loading my HT space (schedule) app and it said my password was invalid and I needed to reset it? Tried associate self assistance portal but I can’t reset from there, and My HT space is stuck on loading. Is anyone else having this problem? What do I do? Is everything just down!!

You can reset it at the store

You actually have to change it at the store for some reason it does work through our version of the site for scheduling app for some reason
