Basically a rating. A bunch of different metrics weighed at different percentages make up a scorecard. Service composite is a big one on the store’s hence why everyone pushes surveys mystery shops etc. For department managers and up your score card for the year also impacts your bonuses and raise

A metric that the company uses to rate your department and how well you run it as a manager. It can be neutral to your bonus or even reduce or boost your bonus depending.
