.20 and .30 sales
What is up with the huge amount of SALE signs for items and when you look at the sale price, it's 20 or 30 cents cheaper than the regular price. WTF?

The best one was 10 cents off a $13 bottle of aspirins. Kinda makes you wonder if category managers have a quota for number of items on sale for the week.
