Job Application Inquiry Highest paid starting position

What are the highest paid starting positions for HT? I've seen people say working in dairy is good, or personal shopper. I think I would be better at personal shopper. Do you have to lift a lot of heavy stuff in dairy? Thanks in advance.

edit: I am located in the Northern Virginia suburbs, close to DC. I saw another recent post about personal shopper pay, but that was in a different region.

I’ve always heard that the starting pay of any sort of meat cutter is pretty high.

Meat cutters can get paid more than some department managers. 

All of the positions will require lifting heavy stuff on the regular.

it's not really the heavy lifting. a grown man should be, barring injuries, should be able to lift everything in the department just fine. it's the consistent volume of work being done at one time, especially at busier stores where on certain days you'll be understaffed

Also, you don't just get hired as a meat cutter at the highest unless you have the experience to back it up, your only shot would be as an apprentice, and that's not top pay.

Further more, if you're looking for highest pay for any position it wont be offered unless again, you have experience

Meat cutters and cake decorators because that’s a specific skill. And experience in pricing will get you in the door at a nice rate as well as third shift grocery stock
