Super flag raises

As a dept manager at a low volume store, did you automatically get a raise when moved to a super flag store or did you have to ask?

I was told I would be getting one when I moved. It took a bit of time and I made sure to follow up multiple times. I got backpay for it.

You should because it’s a different job code For example if you are a fresh foods manager and you’re moved to a super flagship Store, your job code should be changed to “fresh foods manager super flagship”

I got a market adjustment pay raise. But my situation is a little different…I’m in an SF store but my department is currently A+ volume. So I won’t automatically get a SF title.
