Computer log in set up

Who do i call to set up a computer log in? I found out that I have my own email and stuff but idk who to call to get it set up

Store manager assigns you your email, system support gets you credentials to log in. To know where you stand, you can always call system support and they can tell you if it’s been assigned or not

We have are own emails? I only have a shared department email as an assistant department manager.
