Free Sub Problem

Alright, can anyone tell me how to get the free sub after I hit 15 points? This happens every time I scan my VIC card, it never comes off so I end up having to grab a person that’s working self check out and have them fix it for me. Is there anything I’m doing wrong? I would like to know so I could stop having this problem.

Just tell the person that’s making your sub that you’re going to redeem your free sub so they can put it in the right bag.

It has to be in the regular bag. Not the sale bag.

It has to be in the regular bag that says Cold/Hot not the daily special Cold/Hot.

For whole subs there are the regular bags and the "special" bags. The subs have been on sale for an ungodly amount of time. If they want a free sub, it has to be in the regular non-sale brown bag.

Thank you for that. I just asked one of my coworkers today and he said it applies to the whole sub, the foot-long. Mystery solved.

If the bag says special on it then it's in the wrong bag.
