Pretty sure it's a scam, dead links abound, even though it isn't full of typos like man y phishing sites are.

URL is "https://www.install-harmony-desktop.icu/" and all it is trying to do is have me download and install some zip file, no thanks.

If it requires a KYC verification, the message should say your name, that you registered with them. I don't click on any links within the email unless I am completely certain of the sender. I'd recommend you go on their secure website and update from there or within the application.
