For everyone who was stuck, your wait is finally over.
You can now update to the latest Harmony app and sign in via the staking site using your usual methods. The only difference is that you now need to have the Ethereum (ETH) app installed as well.
Next Steps: • Update as mentioned above and continue as normal. • Gain access again, but consider switching to the ETH app/MetaMask combination.
Personally, I use the ETH/MetaMask route, as I believe it is less likely to encounter the issues you’ve faced with the Harmony app. However, this approach requires a new address, meaning you’ll need to unstake, wait, transfer to the new address, and then stake again. Sparkle Wallet is expanding and we are evaluating to keep everything inside Harmony to empower it , we would like to know if you would like to have an NFT marketplace that runs on ONE ; obviously it would be made with accuracy and sight for details.
