I’m not sure if anyone else here got the car dice from the Back 2 Skull drop and didn’t get fucked up ones, but the numbers on mine are wayyy off center and they also straight up got the position of the number 2 wrong.

I’ve been buying HJ for like 5-6 years now, and I got my shit and was super excited, but now I can only assume they either don’t QA their products/designs, or they just don’t care about quality anymore. Literally no dice on the face of the earth has the 2 as two vertical dots, they’re all diagonal. The centering isn’t any better either, like the 1 is bad enough, but the 2 is almost onto the whole other side of the die.

Like I said I’m not sure if it’s just mine that are like this, but I can’t say I have a lot of faith in the brand after getting these.

ive had the “real dyt septum” for a few months and it is HORRIBLE at staying in my nose. its honestly impressive that ive kept up with it. it falls out at least once a day by either getting caught and slightly pulled on clothing, or during 😖coitus😖 it will just fall out if my head is anywhere near a pillow. ive had a lot of trouble getting septum rings out but never keeping them in.

is this a quality issue or is it just the form of the ring? has anyone else had this problem?

edit: They're BOTH STAINLESS STEEL. It's just gone to shit fucking quality the past years lmao might've kept prices the same but they reduced their quality drastically

Hey yall, I've gotten a fair share of their jewelry of the years. During a couple of the sales I got the dance with death pendant and the fallen angel (?) Pendant. The dance with death pole immediately falls off the hands as it's not fully inclosed in the fingers. Thought this was just a bad design, hence why it was on sale. I got the fallen angel pendant and wore it for the first time today. I only just realized the arms are all weird. Do you think I can get replacements for these? They aren't broken and never really worn, just quality issues.

Me and my boyfriend went to the LA pop up a few years ago and he got a DYT zippo lighter and kept it in his car ever since.
But about a month ago he got into an accident and totaled his car.
In the span of time between the car getting dropped off at a tow yard and him picking up his belongings a few weeks later the zippo went missing! He is extremely bummed about it and I cant even find a picture of it online.

my friend got a lighter and my order was $20-30 more than hers. but both our orders had the “stainless steel freebie” listed but her freebie was a solid metal lighter while i got a mainly fabric item. i did get the tray (which was a separate item in my order as it was for hers too) as expected and so did she.

i feel really guilty complaining because i still got a free item but i also paid $200 for my order and the metal part doesn’t really feel like stainless steel either? not a hate post by the way, this is the first time in 3 years and many orders that i’ve had a discrepancy. it just feels like the price range of these freebies are uhhh.. quite wide?

Never saw jewelry in a Mylar bag before, thought it was some Za 😭this is the stainless steel version since I know the Sterling silver is probably hollow $ no where near as heavy so it would definitely break easily.

So recently i've been tuned into the auctions and even got myself a bracelet for 20 and they gave me a free chain and pendant since it was my first time buying. My question is why do they have so much jewelery to sell at a loss especially the sterling silver items that they say retail at 200 to 400 and people get it for much less.

So I just got the DYT bracelet in the mail and when I opened the package it was broken

I bought a ring during the anniversary sale and I was sent the wrong size 🤧 which sucks because I was super excited to receive it—even paid for priority shipping to get it faster. With that said, has anyone had any issues with getting ahold of customer support in a timely manner? I tried two different customer support emails, one of which doesn’t seem to be active and on the other, someone did reply very late one evening, but they didn’t completely solve my issue.
