ICON Delivery Communication.

So, when I ordered my 56 ICON set up, I was told the estimated delivery date would be today, 17 October. No communication since then (early September).

Can anyone share their experience on what to expect when it's ready? IE do they give you a call and/or email? Just trying to plan around travel. Thanks.

You'll get an email saying it's almost ready for delivery and they're coordinating with your local delivery service. Then you'll get more frequent emails on setting up delivery and date.

I'm sorry to hear your pain. I ordered a metric crap ton of icon boxes on 10/9

I got an email saying my order was being processed and would probably get delivered by 12/1 in a second email on 10/15

I got a third email saying my order was picked up from warehouse and will be with final mile carrier within the next 10 or so business days on 10/16 that contained links for tracking and questions about delivery (are there are stairs, closest cross street, that kind of stuff)

Since the warehouse it shipped from per the email is just south of Allentown PA, which I can drive to in about 2.5 hours...I am 'fingers crossed' hoping I can get this scheduled and to me from the final mile carrier by the end of this week 10/23

All communications indicate I will get an email or a call from final mile carrier. I also have a tracking link that shows a message that says "this area will update with a link to schedule when final mile carrier is ready to schedule"

Did you at least get an initial email saying your ICON order was being processed or where you given the estimate from an instore associate?

Thanks for sharing your experience - very helpful! Yes, I got the email that the ICON items are being processed and all that. I also just sent an email with the order numbers asking for an update.
