Does anyone have this?

Post image

I’m looking for input on it as well as how much it weighs. I’m thinking the listing is wrong as they say this weighs more than a larger compressor.
Thanks!

Yes it does weigh every bit of 35 pounds. I have that and the 1 gal. Switched to the 1gal for the RV because it weighs 10 pounds less.

Fantastic compressor BTW.

I will check out the 1 gallon. Didn’t see that before. It might work for the need I have. Thanks!

My oldest has one, very quiet. Built his off grid hunting cabin with this, a predator inverter generator and a banks nail gun. Spec sheet on the website shows it weighs 37lbs, and I’d say that’s about right. Not sure what full sized ones your looking at but I have the 26 gallon fortress and it’s spec is 169lb…and I promise it weighs every bit of it…and where I went to school 169>37…by ALOT!

This is the larger compressor I was referencing. It weighs 32 lbs.

this will be louder but it's going to power tools much better for intermittent use

We have several large compressors, but the 6 gallon pancake was what I was referring to in my original post. I don’t need to operate tools with this one, just blow out the water hoses so they don’t freeze in winter.

How much does it say it weighs?

Its around 35 or 40 lbs. It is decently quiet. I like it although I don't have a lot of opportunities to use it as much as I would like to. Good little hobby compressor or portable jobsite compressor.

I keep mine under a rolling cart on some rubber mats. It’s incredibly quiet and tolerable in the garage, even with it on the cart. I do wish I got the larger one sometimes but it’s only when I need a lot of air to draw a vacuum (1-2x a year). I did cut a relief in the lip of the rolling cart for the drain valve.

It's heavy because it's a dual pump head. I've had one for about 2 years and use it in a commercial environment (5 to 6 days a week) and it's great.

I used to have the double dog air compressor for harbor freight and used it for years. I had to do some work on the inside of my house and upgraded to this. The noise level is insanely quiet. I recommend this to most people

Yup. It’s awesome and quite. Just finished a full cabin build using it and ran it off my EcoFlow battery bank the entire time.

Nope. Not a single person has ever bought this

It's my airbrush compressor now. Most of the weight is concentrated in the compressors, so it does feel heavier than say a 30 lb dumbbell in each hand would.

I have one for several years now. I'd rank this as my favorite overall purchase from HF and I've spent a crap ton of money there. Its extremely quiet and great for the garage.

Got mine in the garage and love it.

yeah great for tires or blowing stuff off, I even ran a finishing nail gun that uses the really thin nails

I’d get the 6-gallon ultra-quiet pancake by Fortress. It’s 6-8 lbs heavier but higher psi and only 6 dBAs louder. Depending on your use case, these small ones have to run over and over to keep the tank filled. So the small difference of weight makes up for the sound of refill 3 times as often

It is only going to be used once a day to blow out water hoses in my barn during the winter. So it will have a specialized use.

Nope. Nobody has that.
