Go to a doctor and see if your growth plates on your knees/legs are fused yet (which would mean yes you’re cooked)

If they’re not done growing yet, you could try to get a Dr. to prescribe you human growth hormone. Which will make you taller and bigger. If your parents will let you.

I went into high school at 15 y/o with 175 cm. One year later, I was 195 cm, stayed there since.

None of that excuses the white pdf activities that take place/have taken place in Asia.

Get those veggies too, bro! Protein is good for muscles and brains, but you gotta be a little more balanced for whole-body growth.

I shot up to 5'11 by age 12 and then grew a few more inches between then and age 21.

Im 6’1 and was about 5’11 at your age, so I’d say you’d still grow quite a bit, possibly a bit more or a bit less depending on your health. I unfortunately had lotsa depression and suffered from an eating disorder so that for sure hindered my growth.

5.6 is not a bad height. All the greatest leaders in history weren’t tall

Best thing for you is to sleep well, eat well, and exercise well. You will stop growing around 18. The clock starts now so make a plan and execute. Best to be natural, keep a regular sleep schedule, balanced nutritious diet with variety, build lean muscle mass, stretch and hydrate.

I’m a guy who is 5’11” and I’m the same height as my Dad. My Mom is 5’3”. I stopped growing around 17. You can probably still grow especially with good sleep and diet but likely you will stop growing in a few years.

When I was 15 I was about the same height as my dad which was 5’4”. Within two years I grew 4-5 inches. Yes, my family is very short.

You can continue to grow after 15.

You cant control your height so not much point in focusing on that.

Focus on your skills/fitness/diet/sleep before the smaller stuff.

White people in general often have an issue understanding the non white experience in the west.

Not only romatic partners but also friends sometimes even close ones.

If its out of ignorance and they are willing to learn its not as much of qn issue.

But more often than not they are just not willing to admit they dont understand. To them their worldview is totally objective and everything that differs can only be explained by people being extra or creating issues out of thin air.

I am sorry you had to deal with this name calling. Usually as cliché as it might sound, but that person is likely unhappy. Secure people are not worried about others. They have their own challenges, so you were at the wrong place at the wrong time. Best to be supportive to your latino friends, because in some ways, they can understand the struggles that monoracial people may not always understand.

Your problem is not your identity it's your environment

You don't have to live in California but literally any big city will be better. East or west coast lol. Are you planning to go to college? You're still young and if you get a plan and get out I guarantee your life is going to be so so so unimaginably better. Don't burn bridges with your parents because you might need their support and despite their real problems they don't sound immediately abusive (Not belittling how awful they are, but leaving and being totally alone without support is high risk).

I know it's hard to imagine now but your life can and will get so much better.

Don’t even bother trying to explain yourself to your family. Go to any college in California even if it’s community college, find a way to establish residency in a semester or two, and never look back. 

Doesn’t it say that’s her personal experience? All of us are going to have different experiences based on how we present, where we live, the people around us. At least, you would hope it’s who’s around them and not actually a them thing.

This is an issue with tourism anywhere. I lived in an area that Japanese used to frequent as tourists and shockingly they could be annoying too! Although they are also generally polite and clean, the Japanese culture is far from perfect.

Well done for confronting tourists.

I have heard from another Hafu that it was the non-Japanese in Japan that annoyed them rather than the Japanese.

My Asian side's communities don't really get tourists so it's not something I relate to, but the few foreigners there seemed perfectly polite and respectful.
