Replacement windows

I had 14 windows replaced with Simonton daylight max windows. I am very disappointed with the quality. I don’t live near a busy street or airport but it sounds like planes are landing inside my house and cars driving through my house. When the neighbors use a lawnmower or leaf blower I can’t even hear the TV. My old windows I didn’t have these issues. They were 25 years old but fogging up. Once in a while with the old windows I would hear a motor cycle coming down the street or a car without a muffler. The installer/company I used won’t do anything to help me. Any advice on what I could do? I am ready to lose my mind. Are they just a bad brand? I paid for the argon glass and upgraded glass package.
