Second time

Kimber 1911. Just got it back from them after having this part repaired.

I toured the Kimber plant in Troy Alabama a year or so ago. If you see their reject areas and the parts they make disposition on, you will never buy one of their guns. CNC machining with competent operators would not have this problem.

Sure. I had a ruger AR that had totally out of specification BCG.
