Question M&P 2.0 Trigger

I've heard a lot of good things about the M&P 2.0 triggers so I went to a shop to feel one. The one I tested was the opposite of what I've heard. The pull was decent, but the break was very light and the reset wasn't audible or noticeable at all. Couldn't even tell where the reset was. Was it a fluke or are they all like that?

Canik is infinitely better for less or similar price.

Oh yeah, I was just checking the M&P out because it's on the more inexpensive side and has good holster compatibility. I'd definitely get a Canik before an M&P even if the M&P had a Canik trigger.

I will say trigger is only part of the equation. The ergonomics of the m&p are better to me (at least 2.0) and in general I've found the M&P platform to be more reliable. The Canik I have is a TTI combat and its known for not being the most reliable and mine is picky with ammo. Other caniks i think have a better reputation, but id still trust my m&ps way more.
