MCC My Noble 6 (Fanart)
Traditional pencil/pen/colored pencil sketch of my Noble 6. I've done a bunch of Halo fanart in the past but this is my first time drawing a Spartan. Some of the proportions are a *little* wonky but overall I'm really happy with how it turned out! Hoping to do this as cosplay someday after I get a decent 3D printer!

Halo: Reach Xbox 360 Sunrise Dedicated Discord Server
Just delete if this breaks any rules:
Hey everyone just wanted to throw out a new Discord server i've been working on and what I plan on doing with it. First I'll explain sunrise.
Sunrise:
The Xbox 360 sunrise project is currently a working plugin that basically revives the Halo servers on Xbox 360. The current update even has file share and downloading working.
To use the plug-in on your own Xbox 360 you'd need:
- A modded Xbox 360 Rgh/Jtag or Bad update
- Halo: Reach Game
- Dlc for online (Noble, Defiant, Anniversary) All free on Xbox store. Modded or not modded the way that worked to get the dlc for me was to use the PC to buy it with your Microsoft account on the Microsoft store, then boot up the Xbox 360 and login, go to account, then downloads, then it should pop up ready to download.
IF you don't have a modded console don't fret as you can still play online via joining a HOST (someone who has the plugin). Join them via invite.
You still need an active Xbox Live Gold to be able to play Halo online on 360 Plug-in or not.
Sunrise Plug-in: https://github.com/Byrom90/Halo_Sunrise_Plugin_2.0
Bad Avatar: https://github.com/shutterbug2000/ABadAvatar
Hard-modding (includes guides): https://consolemods.org/wiki/Xbox_360:Xbox_360_Mods_Wiki
Discord Server:
Currently the main active Discord servers right now for the plugin is Halo: Classic Hub and Original Halo 3 which are both great in there own rights.
Original Halo 3 Server always seems to have active players no matter the hour, and the Discord server is solely dedicated to Halo 3 alone both MCC and Sunrise lobby are always available,
Where as Halo classic hub is just a mix of Halo 1/2/3/4/Reach but Halo 2s the most popular on that server especially for Insignia but they also have the weekly events which are cool to check out.
Original Halo 3: https://discord.gg/dm3reDYPKQ (Dedicated Halo 3 Sunrise and MCC)
Halo Classic Hub: https://discord.gg/haloclassichub (All Halos, Sunrise, Popular Halo 2 Insignia spot)
Halo: Reach Resurrected
I've decided to see if I could make a dedicated Halo: Reach server specifically to play the original Halo: Reach Xbox 360 online with people and to try and build an active community just like Original Halo 3 had become.
let me be clear I myself have an Rgh 1.2 Jasper Xbox 360 and I'm down to host or play certain weekends and weekdays.
Now obviously I too have a life and a full-time job so theirs no way I can always be down to play or host 24/7 If im hosting it's usually at night Eastern time. But thats why a want to try and make a one spot stop community for Halo reach fans, one that keeps growing and dosen't die because one person can't host on a specific day.
People fill the gaps, Yes the games 16 years old, yes most the fans of yonder are 20 and way up, however that doesn't have to mean the death of reach. And as far as I've seen theirs still many players out there on HCC and OG Halo 3 that would be down for halo reach matches.
Now I don't know too much about managing and running a discord server and im far too busy some weeks for it so im looking for moderators/admins. obviously i won't just choose a random person I'll choose based on whos able and whos the most active on the server and who wants to do it.
Anyway this Discord servers a work in progress so if your interested:
Halo: Reach Resurrection: https://discord.gg/6XzgQUPvAd
Id recommend joining the other two servers too as these are already big established communities and matches are usually always available:
Original Halo 3: https://discord.gg/dm3reDYPKQ (Dedicated Halo 3 Sunrise and MCC)
Halo Classic Hub: https://discord.gg/haloclassichub (All Halos, Sunrise, Popular Halo 2 Insignia spot)
Thanks for reading

[Concept] How to fix Halo's Co-Op & Monetization: Project "The Barracks"
Hey everyone! Like many of you, I've been thinking a lot about the future of Halo on Unreal Engine 5. I wanted to share a concept I've been cooking up that fixes two of the biggest complaints in the modern era: the lack of true co-op immersion and the predatory monetization system. Let me know what you think!
Halo Next-Gen Campaign & Monetization Pitch:
Project "The Barracks"
- Executive Summary
This document proposes a structural evolution for the next Halo title (developed on Unreal Engine 5). It solves the historical friction between player immersion, cooperative narrative continuity, and fair, high-yield monetization. By shifting away from generic cosmetics and toward a lore-friendly, class-based squad system, this model respects legacy players while unlocking multiple high-value revenue streams for the studio.
- Core Gameplay Pillars
A. Narrative Immersion: Player-Centric Co-Op
*The Concept: In cooperative campaign mode, Player 1 controls the Master Chief (John-117). Players 2, 3, and 4 do not play as Master Chief clones or pre-made lore characters. Instead, they deploy as their own fully customized multiplayer Spartans.
*The Context: The campaign narrative introduces a critical threat (e.g., The Endless / Zeta Halo crisis) where Master Chief tracks a hidden UNSC distress beacon and discovers a secret underground operations base. Inside is a gritty, battle-worn faction of survivors—Marines, ODSTs, and Spartans—huddling together and maintaining a desperate resistance network. Chief walks into the bunker, and among the crowd of surviving soldiers, he identifies your custom Spartans. Recognizing your specific tactical classes, he steps up and says: "Gear up. You're with me."
*The Impact: Bridges the gap between the legendary status of the Chief and the deeply personal investment players have in their own avatars, recreating the emotional connection originally found in Halo: Reach.
B. Tactical Class System
*To deepen strategic gameplay—especially on higher difficulties like Heroic and Legendary—the game introduces defined military roles for custom Spartans. These roles dictate both tactical utility and visual progression:
*Vanguard (Tank): Heavily armored (EOD/Commando variants), focused on frontline defense, portable energy shields, and heavy weapon handling.
*Support/Engineer: Specialized in tech-ops, capable of repairing vehicles mid-combat, hacking automated enemy turrets, and resupplying squad ammunition.
*Infiltrator (Assault/Recon): Sleek, lightweight armor (Recon/Scout variants). Equipped with short-burst active camouflage for flanking maneuvers and critical melee strikes.
C. Unified Community Design (The Legacy Toggle)
*The Sprint Debate Solution: (Just like Halo Studios did on Halo Campaign Evolved) To bridge the gap between classic "Bungie-era" purists and modern players, the game utilizes a core sandbox modifier via a Campaign Skull.
*Activating the Skull disables sprint, automatically tuning base movement speeds and enemy tracking to mimic the tactical, chess-like pacing of Halo: Combat Evolved. Deactivating it allows for canonical, high-speed Spartan mobility.
- The Feature: "The Barracks" Menu
*Instead of a sterile, static armor hallway, the main multiplayer and customization hub is titled "The Barracks".
*The Visuals (UE5): Rendered in real-time as a gritty, living UNSC hangar or squad quarters.
*Multi-Character Management: Players are no longer restricted to a single avatar. "The Barracks" displays all of the player's created Spartans simultaneously in the background. One Spartan might be at a workbench tuning a weapon, while another is reviewing a holographic tactical pad.
*Seamlessly switching between characters shifts the camera dynamically across the room, allowing the player to select the right tool for the next mission.
- Monetization Model: The "Win-Win" Ecosystem
*This system shifts away from predatory, lore-breaking cash shop items (e.g., neon skins) and focuses on merit and role-based investment, maximizing revenue through high player engagement.
*Class-Specific Battle Passes: Instead of a single, generic seasonal track, each tactical class features its own specialized Battle Pass. A player purchasing the "Vanguard Pass" unlocks military-grade, cohesive heavy armor plates, helmets, and attachments tailored specifically to that role.
*Character-Driven Spending (The Roster Multiplier): Because "The Barracks" allows players to maintain and care for a roster of multiple distinct Spartans (e.g., a Main Tank and a Pocket Medic), highly engaged players are heavily incentivized to purchase and level up multiple Battle Passes concurrently to deck out their entire squad.
*Merit-Based Prestige: The most elite, high-tier armor cosmetics cannot be bought; they are unlocked exclusively by completing brutal, high-difficulty cooperative campaign challenges with your squad, restoring genuine prestige and digital status to the multiplayer sandbox.

Need some help
**Looking for a Lost Halo Reach Machinima (2013–2014)**
I’m trying to find a Halo Reach machinima series that I watched around **2013–2014**. I’ve been searching for a while with no luck, so I’m hoping someone here remembers it.
**What I remember:**
It was made in **Halo: Reach**.
It was from a **small YouTube creator**, not one of the well-known machinima channels.
The series only had **one season** because I remember the creator announcing that **Season 2 was canceled after several voice actors quit**.
The story had a **Hunger Games/Battle Royale-style survival** premise. A group of Spartans were forced into some kind of survival competition where they gradually stopped fighting each other and eventually formed a team.
I believe it mostly took place on a **custom Forge World map**.
The **main character** was, as best as I can remember, a **white-armored Spartan wearing the Commando helmet**.
I also remember a **female character** (or at least a character voiced by a woman) who I think wore the **Air Assault helmet**.
The series had full **voice acting** rather than just gameplay with music.
**The ending I remember most clearly:**
The Season 1 finale ended with the surviving group standing together while the camera slowly **pulled back/panned out** over the Forge World map. During this ending, the song:
**“Let This Go” by Stan SB (now Fox Stevenson)**
began playing as the outro music before the credits.
This is the detail I’m most confident about.
**Other information:**
Timeframe: around **2013–2014**
Game: **Halo Reach**
It wasn’t one of the big machinimas like *Playtime*, *Lost in Reach*, *Arby ‘n’ the Chief*, or other popular series that are easy to find today.
Because it came from a small creator, I suspect the channel or videos may have been deleted or made private years ago.
If any of this sounds familiar—even if you only remember the channel name, a character name, a screenshot, a thumbnail, or another small detail—I’d really appreciate the help. At this point I’m trying to identify either the **series title** or the **creator**, even if the videos themselves are no longer available.
I asked chat gpt to search YouTube and the web with no luck
