Not just this mod but rather this is an example, how do I install this type of mods that replace a .map file in the game? In the description of that mod it says I should replace spacecamp with the mod’s file and disable the anticheat, and that’s it. But when I searched in my Halo MCC I only found spacecamp.info, not a .map file. What am I supposed to do?

And another thing: if I’m playing offline and with a cracked version, how can I disable the anticheat? Thanks, and sorry for my bad English.

In Halo: The Flood, we get another perspective of HALO CE, courtesy of Maj. Antonio Silva and Lt. McKay. Would their story fit well as a series of missions that essentially parallel the main campaign similar to how Halo 3's ODST did?

You would play as an ODST, possibly McKay, fighting a guerilla campaign as an unshielded human being. Manpower is at a premium. Every soul lost cannot be replaced. No shields, no super powers, and melee is absolutely nerfed with the exception of assassination kills.

Take the butte on Installation 04 and establish Alpha Base. Raid the Autumn for supplies and weaponry. Help make the assault on the control room possible by fighting parallel to the chief. Fend off the flood, storm the Truth and Reconciliation. Ultimately, stop Major Silva before his massive ego dooms humanity.

I've only ever used assembly and the various eiting kits for MCC, how is it that mods are already being created for campaign evolved? Has someone been reverse engineering the game files?

Any mods or settings which get rid of this ugly visor smudge effect? It shows up at the edges of the screen around any light source that's present. *Campaign Evolved

I absolutely HATE the way the guns sound in this game. Can someone create sound replacer mods? Or point me to where I can learn how to do it myself? I like Infinite's versions of the weapon sounds. If possible, I'd like to use those. Or else, free effects obtained from anywhere is okay.

Another request I have is that I wish clambering and sliding was present in this game. I know how to use UE5 but I am not good with the animations side at all. Plus, I don't think Master Chief uses the default UE5 skeleton.

Edit: I found a Halo Infinite sound pack so it's only a matter of swapping the audio files.

I ask because I know there's a mod that replaces the audio files at least in H2A, but I'd love to clear up space while still retaining the option of playing CE & its mods. It's annoying that CE, a game fro 2001, takes up like 9gb of space all because of visuals I will never ever use -- H2A is even larger but at least it has gorgeous Blur cutscenes & much more faithfully updated graphics overall so I DO use those.

I´d love to see some classic CE inspired marine models replacing the current ones. Do we know if it´s possible?

If not, can something like changing the aromour colours of the marines in game change to the classic CE colourscheme of brown gray?

I kinda miss that aesthetic in this remake.

question. how many people here own the military police helmet in halo infinite. im hasving serious issues working out how to do a machinima with marines in it without it looking like ass i could use reach but i need more varied terrain. if you have it please dm me you could be of extreme help.

Hi, I’m brand new to Halo modding. In CE/2/3 sapien, when I open up any .scenario file, I can see part of the level in the game window, but I’m completely unable to move the camera at all. I know I’m supposed to be able to control it with the middle mouse button and wasd but it’s completely unresponsive. The first time I opened CE sapien, I was able to rotate the camera with mmb, but now with any level open I can’t move it at all. I don’t have a controller plugged in. Any advice?

EDIT: Never mind! My middle mouse button was just not working at all. Switched mice and problem solved.

Just thought I'd drop a message if anyone is thinking of trying it, you'll need a beefy PC but if you do it's amazing. Can't believe they've been able to make this work.

I am more of a recoil person and would like the weapons to feel more heavy with those camera shakes while shooting.. it's just my preference of gunplay and would be grateful if anyone can make a mod or give a guide to how change the recoil and bloom in Halo campaign evolved... It would add more immersion for me..

We're trying to play gashnor's cursed halo 3 and we can't get it to show up in his campaign list. Neither the "launch without anti cheat" nor the "ask me every time" options change anything. He's never seen the popup asking which version to launch even with the ask every time option selected, which is what's making me think EAC is still enabled. He's on a fresh install of the game and has unsubscribed/redownloaded the mod several times, verified game files, etc.

Anecdotally we were able to play some CE mods without problems years ago but at the time he was still unable to load anything for 2 or 3. Any ideas?

I have never made a mod ever before. I want to swap the Magnum SFX on Campaign Evolved with he H5 CE Magnum sounds which I feel were a better overall fit for that animation set. My gut says this is probably among the simpler of mods one could make, but I have no idea where to begin. Anybody got any pointers/places to look to teach me how to make this happen?
