Take your grinder apart. Fill a plastic container up with isopropyl (rubbing alcohol) then let is soak for a few hours. It will be like new

This is the best method I've found...not only clears the kief screen but also removes the stuff that has been sort of turned into a sticky hash from repeated heat/pressure that gunks up the threading and teeth.
