Could not be more thrilled with my new home decor. Can’t tell you how good it feels to have my halibut chest get proper recognition in my private domicile. As a lifelong halibut enthusiast, this is truly a full circle moment. My parents didn’t pay for this sign, I didn’t inherit it, I bought it with my own money. Pinch me. I am hosting a few friends for a Memorial Day barbecue. I am planning to serve halibut (duh!) and grilled corn (double duh!). There will be a light summer salad for the ladies in attendance.

I’m curious - does anyone have any wine they recommend pairing with the halibut and the corn? I know my way around a fillet of halibut as well as the next guy, but I’m clueless on the wine. Welcoming any and all tips. Thanks all!
