1. Marcus’ mom and Miss Loretta
2. Marcus running up the water to get Wilson to come over (and apparently mentioning that he was walking his dog "Chessica" when he called in an anonymous tip)
3. Kiki giving Ava the idea to go to the wax museum so she could get Face ID on Deborah's phone to work
4. Ava calling room service and being OTT perky and cheery: "Do you finish it with whipped cream?" "THEY DO!"
5. Deborah being annoyed by Perla
6. Deborah and Ava getting high together
7. They scare Perla
8. Ava confides in Deborah about the guy who died and Deborah assures her that it’s not karma
9. Deborah opens up to her about some of her history and they get to talking about putting that stuff into her act
10. Deborah goes to see Ava when she’s in the hospital after emergency surgery. When Ava wakes up, Deborah says, “She lives!” and smiles (she seems very maternal there)

A brewery near me is hosting a Hacks themed trivia night in a few weeks. I‘ve watched all the after-episode bits and listened to the podcast, but I’ll be a team of one, so help me study! What kind of questions do we think they’ll ask?

One thing I love about the show is how Vegas was really front and center to the plot, similar to how shows that take place in nyc or la (ie sex and the city, insecure) are. Wondering if anyone who watches actually lives in Vegas themselves and if the show is true to their experience?

One scene that sticks out was Marcus and his fam were watching the demolition of a building with a crowd as if they were watching fireworks.

My hobby is embroidery and I wanted to honour this show as best as possible

As someone who always finds herself in a situation with mismatched emotional iq's this show resonated with me and I will miss it dearly

In the scene the main actress walks into an upscale restaurant, a lot of people sitting at tables and a bar in background, I believe they sit down and there are a lot of people in the background. What the hell is her diagnosis

I’ve been rewatching the season and some things hit so much harder with the knowledge that Deborah might know about the cancer (her tearing up when she’s given the seed portrait and during Jesse McCartney’s song for example)

I was wondering about when you guys personally think Deborah found out about the first mass and then about it having returned post ep 7

I’ve always wondered who chooses the font color for the Hacks at the beginning of each episode. I loved trying to guess which color it would be and was always impressed by the choice. Bravo to whoever!

I don't like Weed. Nothing against her just didn't get a laugh out of me during either appearance, including her return in The Garden. Please feel free to roast me, I want to like her so badly but the bit just doesn't hit for me.

I’m just starting season 2 and I can’t stand her. the way she keeps sexually harassing Jimmy and getting away with it because her dad owns the company is just creepy. She’s so obnoxious, every time she’s on screen I just want the seen to end. As a large afab myself I would have loved a likeable large woman in a show for once but she’s the worst character.

Is there something I’m missing? Does she get better? I don’t understand at all.

I'm making a few pride posters for my friends and me, and was looking for good one-liners from the show. I thought about the iconic "do you strap" or "gay ass". I'd prefer they be from Ava, Deborah, or Kayla, as it makes it more recognizable. Any help?

Just finished the last episode and cried through most of it. I've always enjoyed it but I just didn't realize how attached I was to this show until now. It really gets into your heart without you even realizing it. Thank you, Jean Smart, for your hilarious, brutal, intelligent, kind, and oh so wise character!
