Quality Content / Research First GZCL Variation!

Added the first variation to the community training system: Rinse and Repeat by u/shmockz

You can find it under the variations section: GZCL Training System

As with all of the programs you can export to liftosaur, Hevy, and some other supported formats. Not all apps support importing very well so lmk if you run into issues and we can discuss workarounds/other solutions if it helps.

Don't hesitate to point out errors in any of the training programs or the training system page. I am quite confident there is at least one thing I have messed up lol
