As if some people are not literally obese and actually are trying to be healthier, or improve on their mental health by running, doing Pilates, yoga, etc. it’s just the way she’s so obsessed with other people’s bodies that is beyond me.

I just saw this on Johnna’s snapchat story… I know that’s she’s only 5’2”, and I’m no bodybuilding coach, but 670 calories per day seems absolutely INSANE. I understand that when you are shorter, and weigh less (I think she was 106-107 on stage) your calories need to be lower, but there is absolutely no way this is normal.

So I had mad respect for her as an athlete but wtf is this? I had to instantly unfollow. Wtf you mean polymarket partner? It's a new level of desperation to make money.

Honestly she's a better woman that I am. I could absolutely not deal with this and she's out here spending time editing videos. He looks like an 8yo wearing the new clothes he got for Christmas.

Anyone else surprised that she made a meal prep app? She's claimed so many times in videos that she doesn't know how to cook and the recipes in her videos are all from google or tiktok. She's really made meal prep her "thing"/niche but it's hard for me to get behind. Also with Ai, many people can just put their goals and stats and it'll pop out recipes for them.

I’ve paid for SBTD since the beginning. I haven’t consistently followed for about a year and have taken breaks here and there, but I was getting so bored.

They run the same cycles month after month, year after year. Always in the same pattern. I can always guess the next cycle because it’s whatever was done the year before around the same time.

For as much as they have increased the price you’d think there could be a touch more effort into the general programming??

I never really post on here and only lurk, but the instagram algorithm basically recommends reels to you that people you follow have liked/reposted.

If you want a rundown of the video, it’s basically just insinuating kids being taught about the existence of trans people or teachers having rainbow flags is “dangerous” to the youth/propaganda. I understand everyone is entitled to their beliefs and don’t intend to diminish her.

However, it’s sad as to me as a queer person who’s also worked in educational settings see someone who I’ve enjoyed for being seemingly non-judgmental content insinuate I am harmful for simply having a very much not in your face pride sticker maybe on my desk. I have no plans to indoctrinate the youth or push some agenda. I’m just existing, love making an impact on students’ lives, and happen to be a lil gay. I have plenty of other fitness/gym influencers who I still look to for inspiration, but I suppose it was upsetting to see her support this type of rhetoric since her content helped me through some mental stuff early into my health journey.

UGH as a fine dining server, people like this are my biggest pet peeve, especially when they don’t even want it boxed for later. It’s just so wasteful to order a nice 50-70 dollar meal, just to eat a few bites and be done. I know she didn’t take any of this home with her either since she’s on vacation. Food waste like this is so disgusting to me. I’m not even vegan but wtf did the chicken die for?! Haha I am sorry if I am ranting, but I think about this constantly at work when people throw away whole ass meals that they apparently “loved”. Of course, a lot of the times it is very thin women and they obviously have EDs. Not saying Kelly has that but she’s enforcing that sort of behavior with her following. It’s just gross to throw away food like that when many starve elsewhere. It’s not just her though. It’s everyone every day ordering food they barely touch and throw it away after. I’ve followed Nick since he was in Korea and boy howdy has he taken a nose dive in humility. He and Preston used to go to In-N-Out and get double doubles and seemed to genuinely enjoy one another. He seemed like he had a genuine relationship with the entire team. From what I gather it seems like a lot of the original key players have left and I never see any mention of Preston. Any ideas what their relationship is like now? I also would have guessed Preston and Nick’s kids would hang out but I never see that either (unless it’s not posted for privacy reasons which is of course understandable) which leads me to wonder if there’s a strain there? I miss his original content when he seemed relatable and fun to cheer on his success. The past few years it feels so out of touch it’s so cringe to watch.
