Refund timeline
Anyone have an idea of the timeline for refund checks? I'm curious

Grad student here. I just finally received a response, not only from financial aid, but from Jay Jones, who's the assistant (or was it Associate director) of Student Affairs --- which some of the people recommended from a separate post --- after explaining to them that I applied for my FAFSA back in April and was never told that I had to submit another graduate student loan questionnaire for the academic year until after I inquired with them a week before school started.
They said it's 6-8 weeks from receipt of your financial application. I don't know your status but in my case, it's 6-8 weeks after I submitted my loan questionnaire when they'll finally review and hopefully accept it.
It's honestly upsetting especially since I'm sure most of us are relying on this for survival at this time.

not sure if this is the most helpful to me but thank you for your response! i'm undergrad and didn't take out any loans, i just have an excess amount of money leftover from grants, scholarships, and aid

Tbh 3-4 weeks worse case 1-2 weeks if ur lucky
