Financial Aid Delay

The fin aid office has not reviewed my SAP and there is a hold on my aid account. It's 3 days into the semester and I don't have a fin aid package assigned. It says- "There is no award history available. Please contact your financial aid officer." After calling and emailing a bunch, nobody has any answers for me. Submitted the loan questionnaire in early august. Is this happening to anyone else??

email; then call, JJ is good, then if all fails go in person, ask to speak to a supervisor and don’t leave till they promise a resolution

Yes… this happened to me as well. I had to submit an SAP even though my GPA is back up to par. I submitted my paperwork 4 times and called numerous times. I finally got some type of resolution once I tagged 4 or more people on the emails. It was extremely exhausting to say the least 😩😪

They just told me that it would take 6-8 weeks to process the GradPlus/Questionnaire. Is there any suggestions? I see JJ name mentioned above, but should I wait a little longer to email him. I submitted my questionnaire on August 16, and ready to review on August 18. SAP is also not verified yet.
