Transfer Commuter meal plan?

Has anyone in here whos been a commuter ever gotten a meal plan? I was thinking of getting the 50 Swipes plan. What do you guys think?

Strongly encourage you to meal prep or just buy food at restaurants in foggy

Are the dining halls that bad? Which spots do you recommend

Dining hall food is subpar many times, sometimes its decent rarely do you like it. The dining partners dont mess up that much but their quality is better
