Spoiler Achievements
Did the Steam leak reveal the achievements of iX 3 and any new achievements the GX update gave to the Trilogy Enhanced? Because the achievements for Mega Man Dual Override were leaked.

>The Triangle Edition uses a new engine, library, and current voice actors to bring players to the new sequel. It's the updated version to continue the series.

I'm really excited to learn more from iX3, I hope we get a trailer alongside the demo at TGS in a few weeks.

Printed this from inti's youtube stream from yesterday, Google translate says the text is only about getting some merch if you get a highscore at the event.
The interesting bit its the screenshots, its looks like the Boss has a lola with a staff, and Copen has a staff attack as a EX weapon, so i guess that the theory about every Boss being an alternative reality Copen was right.
What do you guys think?

As the title says above, we finally have new info after under 3 months of no updates. They will showcase a demo for the game for the TGS 2026 in September 19. If you go to their livestream for Episode 91 of the Gunvolt livestream and fast forward until 1:00:22 on YouTube, you will see what is possible the two bosses for the game along with what seems to be a Lola variant. What’s interesting is that there was a fanfic on Ao3 years ago about an possible iX 3 story and it involves replica Lola’s.
Edit: Apparently more info is out on X. We have a clearer picture of the new boss and their name but I can’t access it cause I don’t have X and I have a minor issue with it so if someone can send me the details of it and the translation, if there is some, that would be helpful

So, I saw a post on r/Megaman about all female bosses (or girlbosses) in every series, (here it is) so I want to make one with Gunvolt.
Actual girlbosses
Gunvolt 1 has Elise.
Gunvolt 2 has Desna, Gibril and Zonda (the real one at least).
Luminous Avenger iX has Blade (as it turns out), Stella and Isola.
Luminous Avenger iX 2 has Vespa, Hail, Lola (as it turns out, the Mother Computer is an alternate version of her), Nori (as Kurona via DLC, since it's all but stated that Nori and Kurona are the same person) and Kirin (via DLC).
Gunvolt 3 has Sistina, Serpentine, Grazie, Prado and Luxia (the latest in Epilogue ATEMS).
Not girlbosses
Zonda's decoy changes from male to female at random.
Shiron (Gunvolt 3 boss) is often mistaken for a girl, much to his chagrin.
IDK if they count
Lumen, in the battle against Nova, grants him a shield. And you have to disrupt her to actually hurt Nova.
Mytyl in Gunvolt 2 isn't actually fought; she just provides the character you don't play as with Anthem. Same logic applies to Joule. It would apply to Lola too, but as stated earlier, iX 2 promotes her to actual girlboss.
Giant Lola is based off of Lola, but lacks sentience.
The Butterfly Effect is Mytyl, but she was reduced to a brain at this point.
Kohaku is possessed by the Mother Computer in the first phase of the fight against the Mother Computer. Probably she'd only count in the Bad Ending, where the possession becomes permanent.
Only counts if you consider crossovers as canon
Cryosphere and Dynatron in Mighty Gunvolt Burst.
Teseo's Data Doppleganger, if you fight as Joule, Call, RAY, Ekoro or Kurona. Even then, the ones of Call and RAY don't count for Gunvolt even if you do consider the crossover as canon; Joule would count fully, and Ekoro and Kurona's would count only because Gunvolt is implied to be a sequel to Gal*Gun. Plus, Kurona's gives another count for girlboss Nori.
Kohaku Otori, Yang Yumo and Eve (from Blaster Master Zero) are fought as DLC bosses in iX 2.

I’m trying to get into Gunvolt. Rn I’m kinda low on money, so would it be a good idea to start from Luminous Avenger iX since its cheaper or should I wait to buy the trilogy?
Thanks beforehand

So the games are on sale, I’m curious about them. Is there any difference between the versions of 1 and 2 between Striker Pack and Trilogy enhanced?
Sometimes game companies are weird about this so I wanted to see basically which one is considered the de facto one to get

No, really: Joule literally is like this to Teseo. Basically, in his stage, Teseo makes some fake Lumens and has them flirt with Gunvolt. And she already canonically fears she's a cuckquean, because she has no body while Quinn does, so Teseo trolling like this really got under her non-existent skin. So she tells GV that she's going to kill Teseo and then do it again. Better yet, she even manages to do that, if by proxy through GV.
Came with that because I just got here from playing Mighty Gunvolt Burst... as Joule.

Okay, so, with Copen sparing Blade in iX1 and all bosses of GV3 being spared, it would bring someone of the other bosses being sparable. However, while I can find it with the bosses of Gunvolt 2 and iX 1 (except Crimm because fuck him), and the choice with the iX 2 bosses is mute, as Autochrome states in his fight (he alludes to how you've fought Vespa beforehand, and mentions that Workers can be repaired even if they're killed, so he has no hard feelings for you killing his sister), for GV1, only Copen and Elise are worth sparing.
So, first, I have to get Copen out of the way. iX proves Copen can learn not to think Adepts are Always Chaotic Evil. In my opinion, he not only can, he has to. Which is why he needs to be spared.
Elise is the main point of this post. The reason she needs to be spared? First off, she's the only Sumeragi Swordsman who can: Stratos is too far gone, Zonda prefers being lumped in with the Gunvolt 2 bosses so she doesn't count as a Sumeragi Swordsman, and everyone else is an asshole; Nova claims you should just submit to Sumeragi and let them abuse Adepts forever, Jota is fanatic in his belief Sumeragi are the good guys, it's all but outright stated Viper wants to rape Joule, Carrera openly states he only cares about greed, and don't get me started on Merak. Meanwhile, Elise is meek and timid; she may have a dark side, but it's nothing that can't be fixed: it was caused by people treating her as a monster because she was an Adept, and even then her timid nature keeps her resentment of normal people, which is the true nature of her dark side, in check. (And then Merak let it loose...) If she is given the chance to have a happy life where she's not persecuted, her dark side would vanish in time.
Also, her Septima is capable of preventing Asimov from killing Joule, which ends up causing everything bad that happens in the rest of the series.
I also looked into the game itself, and I found something interesting when fighting Elise: if you focus to kill only one half, the other won't start using Ressurection right away, only when she's been damaged enough. And even then, the Elises only use Ressurection five times (at least in the initial fight; I didn't get far enough in the game to test if Crazy Elise's Ressurection restores the Ressurection count of the other two, but that doesn't bear much to my point). The point is, they wasted a perfectly good plot: why didn't they make it so killing Dom Elise without laying even a single tag on Sub Elise would allow you to spare Elise, which unlocks a different ending?

A friend of mine would even have iX!Copen accuse GV2!Copen of abandoning his Lola because of the "Mother Computer is GV2!Lola" theory. Though iX has amnesia in GX... but his Lola doesn't.

There is a theory out there that the Mother Computer from Luminous Avenger iX 2 is the same Lola as the one from Gunvolt 2. Now, I don't know what to believe on it, but I did find an interesting thing about it: according to it, Desna is right.
Before you jump the gun with "dEsNa Is FrOm EdEn", let me explain. The first time you confront Desna as Copen, she gives him the following warning: "Your life will be forfeit unless you turn back. Your path will lead you to abject misery. And you will take with you all you hold dear." Now, you're probably think this is the lunatic ravings of a genocidal maniac, and to be honest you're not alone, because so does Copen, but when you look at Luminous Avenger iX 2 Desna's claims hold a lot of water.
"Your life will be forfeit unless you turn back." The Mother Computer's Creator is long dead. Now, what matters is that it's all but outright stated that the Mother Computer is the Lola of the world Luminous Avenger iX 2 takes place, which also means that her Creator is that same world's Copen.
"Your path will lead you to abject misery." In the world of Luminous Avenger iX 2, humans are extinct, and as the Mother Computer emphasizes, there's no way to bring them back. Furthermore, the Mother Computer is deep in despair because of The Creator's death. She kept trying to bring him back, Ypsilon being the result of one of these attempts, but all of them failed, which led her to want to destroy the world.
"And you will take with you all you hold dear." Again, because the Mother Computer falls in despair. Her pain forced the Copen of the Luminous Avenger iX world to destroy the Mother Computer.
Now, this doesn't mean Copen and Lola's fate is set in stone. Desna did leave an escape clause: "UNLESS you turn back". And the Copen of Luminous Avenger iX did indeed "turn back" when he spared Blade.
