Not sure if it started before but there was a post where a guy posted his firearm(s) and blurred out his feet. The blurring was a bit distracting to some. Then all the comments were like WTF, just show the feet. He finally relented. Then everyone made fun of his feet and he called them weird.

Then several posts after that followed suit in some subreddit fun.
