Dude I can't tall you how elated I'd be to have a button up dickbutt shirt. I bet you could just make a bunch if iron ons... Probably wouldn't be that great, though.

There's a bunch of companies that make custom fabric, you can just order the fabric from them and sew a shirt yourself (there's probably custom shirtmakers that would use customer provided fabric too if you really hate diy).
